A time to stop

There is a time to start and a time to stop. I think it is now time to stop. I still have a lot of things to do in the way of websites but my body is tired and my eyes are sleepy. I could keep on doing this but it would no longer be fun nor productive. I have got to stop now. I think I have done quite a bit.

There is a limit to what can be done manually and I have taken this manual thing to my limit. I have seen that I can do a lot even when doing it by hand with the help of a little script that I wrote to make my job easier. This is a long way from how I had been doing before. It will come, the time will come when I will be doing this stuff another way.

I really have a lot to be thankful for. I could be doing some truly amazing stuff and no one would know what it is all about. Well, that would detract from the amazing part because the effect is negligible. How to make it better? This is the question and I will never stop searching for a way to improve this.

I do not know what I was thinking. I still fall into the same thought patterns that get me in trouble. I know that everything is lousy and everything is crappy. I may be going back to Cagayan De Oro and I could be doing something very good for this earth but I don't think that is going to be happening at all. I keep going back to the thought processes that make me miserable.

What does it happen like this? Nothing changes, no one changes. I don't change. I am so stupid and I should know better. I have my same stupid dreams and I delude myself into believing that my dreams would finally come true. CDO is great and I have been given a lot of hope there but I should not kid myself.

I am so stupid. I really am so stupid for thinking the same thoughts. I will change. I have to. I know that thinking the same thoughts will bring back the same old stupid situations.

New Website in the Offing

It has been quite a while since I made a website and the experiences of past efforts are sure to enhance my future work. I have discovered that Seaside is very versatile and when used together with Magma and Pier, it could really bring out the creativity in me. I have just finished reading the tutorial and the next step is going to be another reading but this time I will try to gain a better theoretical understanding of the underlying technology.

I have found this method to be very effective in learning a new technology. There are new things associated with this and I would enjoy getting a better handle on this technology. Many websites have been made using Seaside and I myself have tried making one last year and even though I was able to successfully deploy one, I feel that i have barely scratched the surface and that many more secrets lay waiting to be uncovered.

Mylot is one way of making money while having fun posting on things you care about.

Anyway, here's Cagayan de Oro City with another one: Cagayan de Oro City. My Cebu City site has made pr1, surprise, surprise. Dumaguete is still in the boondocks as far as Google goes but Dumaguete has made some headway. Jai Alexander rocks!

I checked out my site Cagayan de Oro City recently and I was pleasantly surprised to find it on page 4. I was not really looking for it at all and it was an accidental discovery. This is something good I thought and encouraged me to also check out Dumaguete.

I did not see any sign of it anywhere which was understandable. I would not think to have the same kind of luck with Cagayan de Oro City.

Living one's life on the Internet is sure to bring new thoughts and ideas and opportunities. In my early days, I had a bit of money which I earned from one click on my affiliate link. It took me a long time to convert this into cash which I could use. This was a big problem for me in those days. I still have not really solved this problem at all but there are possibilities that I can take a look at when the opportunity knocks. I pored over websites and search engine results pages looking for some good deals on web hosting which I instinctively knew I needed if I was to make a mark on the Internet. I got into some pretty stupid deals and money easily went the way of money, it got spent. On hindsight, I could have spent my money on far more stuff than I spent them on at the time. There are no regrets and I think that I am poised to do more and wonderful things that I never dreamed I would do. Then, I was driven by desperation and frustration. This post is really all about Ching's World. When one makes a website, it really eats up your time and all your efforts are concentrated on making it happen. When you have put together enough pages and you decide to look at it from a distance, you find that there is a lot you could still put in.

Ching's World I am guessing will never be finished. There are so many pages that are crying out to be published. I am thinking that I should have people in there, cliques, barkadas, office mate, etc. and let it be a chronicle of a point in time. Ching's World could be your world.
